Burr Removal System "FCT System"

You can easily change the set value of the contact pressure with the air regulator.

The "FCT System" is a deburring system that uses our self-developed deburring tool (Fuzzy Chamfering Tool). Since the contact pressure is controlled by air regardless of the position within the stroke (15mm), the contact pressure is always constant, allowing for uniform C-surface processing. Additionally, the horizontal movement of the stroke part prevents the occurrence of secondary burrs.
